I bought this pillow a couple weeks ago and it is very soft and supportive. I’m not sure how long it’ll last though. I feel like overtime it’ll likely lose its loft.

Extremely pleased with the side-sleeper pillows. The softness and support is exactly what I was looking for in a pillow.

After trying at least a half a dozen pillows over the last 3 years, I found two of these standard set pillows that are just wonderful, I wake with little to no neck pain. I ordered them on a Tuesday and they came on Thursday, amazing shipping from Macy's.

Horrible you lay your head on the pillow, and it sinks all the way to the bed
Good pillow
Very plush, comfortable, and feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud. However it does go flat quickly and does poof back up after a good 9hours of sleep. No major complaint yet.

Comfort
The pillows are very soft and supportive. My wish is that they don't go flat but, I am happy with the purchase and price.
