Never Received Product!

I ordered this leather blazer from BGSd on November 14, 2024 for my work Holiday party on December 5, 2024. I received notification that the shipping label was created on November 18, 2024 - but that the package had not been turned over to UPS just yet. Today is December 2, 2024 and the tracking info remains the same. When I reached out to the online chat, the virtual assistant told me I should have received my package no later than November 25, 2024. They gave me the option of a refund or a reshipment. Obviously, BGSD cannot be trusted to fullfil orders and I would never receive it in time for mt event, so I chose a refund to my original form of payment. Do not purchase anything from BGSD because you will not get it. If I could give them zero stars, I would!
