I Like It... But

It really picks-up very well, but is poor on edges. Both the front and sides of the machine ignore edges. But... It's also great on bare floors. So, I like it.

Returned TWICE

I purchased this vacuum TWICE within one month. The first one broke within a week, I used it three times. I returned it and got the same exact one and the same exact thing happened within a week. It makes a loud noise while turning off. Huge disappointment.

Best Vacuum If you have Pets

If you have pets, a Bissell is the best vacuum to have. I will buy no other brand. This is my second one and I love how lightweight it is and how well it works on hardwood floors! I highly recommend!

Feels cheap but good

It definitely feels cheap and very plastic-y. But it is a good vacuum and gets the job done. I’ve always had Bissel because of pets, this is just not a super high quality one.

Horrible

My vacuum took forever to come and when it finally did, it was dirty and used! The canister was literally filled with dirt! Disgusting

Initial results are good but wears down fast

I was very impressed by this vacuum within the first year of owning it but sadly after that its quality declined steadily and am now having to replace it so I would not recommend it for its long term durability
