Horrible vacuum.

Just bought this today. Got it home and total disappointment. The cord is to short. It hardly has any suction. I have to vacuum the floor 2xs to pick up the pet hair. I do not recommend this vacuum. Even the cheap ryobi stick vacuum has more suction. Pay the extra money and get a shark pet vacuum.

GOOD SUCTION/HARD TO MANEUVER

I really, really like the Bissell Multi-Clean Vacuum for its suction. I find the suction is pretty decent and does a good job picking up dirt and debris. That said, when it comes to plush carpet, you need to go over it at least two to three times to get the job done, even if you have it set to the plush carpet setting. The biggest drawback is maneuverability. It’s very hard to maneuver, even when you put it in the plush setting, which is supposed to make it easier on thick carpet. Unfortunately, it’s still tough to push and steer. So, if you’re looking for a lightweight, easy-to-maneuver vacuum, this probably isn’t the one. But if suction is your priority, this vacuum delivers. It’s a trade-off: phenomenal suction but not easy to handle on thicker carpets.

Broke less then a year.

Bought this vacuum was amazed at the quality and how it handles my pets have. However I had it less then a year and it is spitting debris out. I attempted to clean it and check all the hoses for any blockages however nothing is wrong just excessive air coming out and nothing being picked up by the vacuum. I reached out for warranty help since there is a manufacturer warranty and got no assistance.

Had high hopes, but what a disappointment

I have been so disappointed with this unit. Bought this on sale at a big box store after researching all makes and models. My issues are poor suction, it seems weak. When using the wand/hose unit constantly falls over. The wand/hose is too short making it hard to reach a lot of areas. The crevice tool is short and movable brush has bristles that are too soft. Unit has a good headlight and noise level is fine. I love that Bissell partners with pet rescue, all of our dogs have been rescues. It's my husband and I, so not huge amounts of dirt, just average cleaning. I have used this vacuum maybe six/seven times. If I could return this I would. I so wanted to love it, just like my old Bissell, that I bought used in 2007, but that isn't going to happen. I so wanted to love this new vac

DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM

This is a terrible vacuum. It scratches my wood floors and falls over EVERYTIME I use the Lift-off feature. The cord and hose are both too short. Also, there are NO attachments available for it. Wish I had not bought this....

Not great but gets most jobs done.

I love the headlights and surprisingly the swivel head. I have very hard to vacuum carpet and this vac makes it easy to push through. I love that you can turn on/off rotating head. I love the fact the on off button is at the top on handle rather than step on at bottom of vac. About the only thing I don’t love is if you remove section to dust etc the suction barely picks up anything. Otherwise awesome vac.
