Disappointed. Short term life span of product.
I am a one person household with one dog. My dog is trained and never goes into the kitchen. I use this product to clean and shine my hardwood floors. I've had this product for around two years and use it once every two weeks. It has stopped working. One pad would turn around but not the other; both would turn IF the mop was not upright on floor - it had to be laying on floor. I rate this product two stars because when it worked it did a good job; however, to stop working after the short time I've owned it and used it only on the kitchen floor (12' x 16'), I consider it a very poor investment. I would not purchase another Bissell product because based on my experience with this one, I'm leaning on fact it is a short time span product.

Makes cleaning the floors easy
I just tried my new spin mop for the first time and I really like it. It made it so much easier to mop the floors and I was really pleased with how nicely I could get around corners and furniture and it did a great job.

Might by again
I would rate 5 stars but I have had the spinwave 2039w since Sept 20th and it is now Nov 17. Used it maybe 7 times and it just stopped working. This mop was a game changer for me until it stopped working. Not very happy I need this product and can't afford to by another.

I'm ecstatic at how well it works for me
Finally, something that works. My house has a semi-gloss wood floor with a lot of windows, 90% of the walls are glass. That gives a lot of light that shows every spot or streak. I've tried steam mops but that didn't work. Previously, the only thing that worked was a spray bottle of distilled water and a towel. Spray, then on hands and knees, wipe it completely dry. Now, I can do that with this product.

Stopped working after a few months
Great mop for dusabled. But afterva few months it stopped working. The part that holds up up on the base. The base has a small crack. And it stopped working. Plus the srew under the pads gets loose and i see its a ongoing issue with ready other reviews. Disapointed how fragil it is. Disapointed in Bissell. As we have carget cleaners and other vaccums from Bissell. I figured it would be a good buy. Spin wave is not a good buy.

It does its job, could be a bit better
Not knowing if my floor is sealed is wasting the nice bottles Bissell included. The operation of the machine is overall ok, it can be a bit to handle as the mops do not counter rotate so it yaws. I do like the pivot of the head, nice! The handle needs a back side as I am stronger and I needed to grip it hard to keep it slipping as I said from the yawing of the machine (wanting to pull a bit sideways). I think the material is top rated, well made. The liquid disperses well although I can only use water.
