We do recommend!

We have a small dog who does her business on the carpet sometimes. We bought this because paying carpet cleaners to come outrageously expensive and we thought we might be able to do it ourselves and have a better outcome. This did not disappoint.

So far so good!

It works well cleaning up years old messes on our carpet. The only issue we're having is that disassembling and reassembling the collection/dirty tank can be challenging. And if you don't put it together exactly right, as soon as you turn the carpet cleaner off the dirty tank will empty back onto the floor (luckily this only happened once). Other than that, it's made our carpets nice and clean and soft and ready for the holidays!

Amazing value - works really great

I researched a lot of steam cleaners before settling on the TurboClean Pet XL. The other reviews really are accurate - the cleaner works as advertised (which is to say very well), is easy to use and is a great value for the money. I have 5(!) pets in my house and the carpets take a beating. The TurboClean handles cleaning those carpets as well as any Rug Doctor or commercial-grade machine. Very glad I bought it.

Would buy again-Make sure everything is in the box

I have had to use it to clean up after new puppy and deep clean some old carpets in my new old home. My problem was that when I bought it, I didn't pay attention and realized after I had broken down the box and sent cardboard off to recycle, that the hose and attachments had not been in the box. I had gotten the carpet cleaner and the 2 little bottles of cleaners, but did not get the hose and tool. I probably should have been less excited and checked to make sure everything was in the box that was supposed to be there. It would have been nice to have when the puppy peed on the couch.

My new Bissell

I do love my bissell,but wish it had more suction power,and that I didn't have to keep peeking around the side of machine to see if most of the water has came up and slowed down. Otherwise a great machine for home
