Don't really like anything about it. I have used it 3 times on a not very big area. And it will not section. You need an auto mechanic to get the brush roller out to clean it and see where the clog is. I'm 75 years old. I've just been down on the floor taking all these screws out of the bottom. And I still can't get the brush rover out. I guess I'm gonna have to pitch it.

I wouldn't buy and I would save for bigger one
Brand new out of the box you ould tell it was a return. The front end drags on the floor. It leaks dirty water while your shampooing. I have the commercial Bissell and I had to get it out because this one doesn't clean.

We have a small dog who does her business on the carpet sometimes. We bought this because paying carpet cleaners to come outrageously expensive and we thought we might be able to do it ourselves and have a better outcome. This did not disappoint.

So far so good!
It works well cleaning up years old messes on our carpet. The only issue we're having is that disassembling and reassembling the collection/dirty tank can be challenging. And if you don't put it together exactly right, as soon as you turn the carpet cleaner off the dirty tank will empty back onto the floor (luckily this only happened once). Other than that, it's made our carpets nice and clean and soft and ready for the holidays!

Amazing value - works really great
I researched a lot of steam cleaners before settling on the TurboClean Pet XL. The other reviews really are accurate - the cleaner works as advertised (which is to say very well), is easy to use and is a great value for the money. I have 5(!) pets in my house and the carpets take a beating. The TurboClean handles cleaning those carpets as well as any Rug Doctor or commercial-grade machine. Very glad I bought it.

I wish I would've bought another brand
1st time using this today. I vacuumed a couple times before I started. It does get pet hair that you can't see but it does not suck it up into the tank. All it does is gather by the part the sucks the water up & then goes right back into the carpet. I gave it 2 stars only bc I know how many times I vacuumed before I started cleaning. Very unsatisfied bc I keep having to clean up clumps of hair after each run. I can't return it bc it's been used. I don't have pictures of all the clumps. I literally just started do I'm %1000 sure there WILL be more
