Defected

I purchased the exact same coffee maker from Bed Bath and Beyond January 2021 and it’s still working perfectly. I purchased this one for the shiny exterior and hopefully longevity. Five years is quite different from 90 days and I can’t return it. Now I’m wondering if the lack of quality is due to where it was purchased. I would not recommend purchasing this product from Macy’s.

Store lost item

Ordered this and shipped to store. Ups says it was delivered but the store doesn't know where it is and i have no way of finding out. Amateur hour.

Design flaw

This is a low end coffee maker which does make great coffee. So far it’s been dependable. My only complaint is when I lift the lid to remove grinds, the steam condensate drips all over the counter. It doesn’t matter if it sits for hours afterward, I always get water dripping. Luckily the pot is light weight so I lift to wipe the counter, but it should have been designed better. I do recommend as long as you are expecting the dripping.

Wonderful Coffee Maker

Wonderful Coffee Maker. We are happy with it. Keep it clean in between so it doesn't get sluggish, by pouring half white vinegar and water into the reservoir up to the 12 cup mark and turn it on.
