Very Disappointed

Cheaply made. Can’t use foil as it is too hot in the oven. Crumbs fall out as you are taking out the tray. Very poor design.

Noisy and outright dangerous to use.

The drip easily slides out hot and filled with grease, a severe safety issue. The fan or fans used for the air fryer feature are so loud, you think an aircraft is about to crash! For taking up so much counter space, it provides a very small cooking area inside.

Not as good as the older model

I recently upgraded to this model after 5 years because I loved my original B&D toaster oven & air fryer. This one has a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning which is a must and was supposed to be a little bigger, but I can't tell any difference in size.I paid much more for it and it no longer has the push button digital timer and start. It is very difficult to set temps for the different functions with the manual knobs. I keep undercooking or burning everything. Not very happy.

It works great for all my needs to cook a variety of dishes..don't have to turn on the stove!
