I like it but it's got problems

Thoughts about 2-3 weeks ago and I don't like leaving bad reviews but the fan came off the shaft twice the first time I had to take the whole thing apart and I don't care if there's voids my warranty but there's no other way and try and I put the fan back on lasted about a week and it came off again this time I had to put it back on I don't understand what's going on when the fan is working it works fine it heats up it works quiet but I don't understand why the fan keeps on popping off the shaft
