Hot plug in prongs

I just got it to heat my bathroom. I have only used it twice. I did not noticed the first time I unplugged how hot the plug in prongs were. It was extremely hot along with whole cord Is this normal? Have never had that happen before. Plug prongs were hot enough to burn the skin I t did warm my bathroom.

Comes In Hot.

I just purchased this and so far it is working as described. Hopefully it will last the longhaul. I did not purchase the extended warranty and I hope that will not bite me in my butt. It warms the cool side of my sitting area downstairs in the evenings where the kids will do homework

Not happy

Damaged there is something loose in the heater. The stand is crooked and the box torn. Can I return through Ups, there also was mo receipt in box.

I love how small it is and convenient.

I came into my office. I was freezing this morning. I ordered the Black & Decker portable space heater and in a matter of minutes my office warmed up.
