Bad batter dispenser

I have had two of the batter dispensers. They are evidently poorly designed. The metal spring is too powerful for the plastic handle. Neither one has lasted more than two weeks. I love my griddle but the dispenser is no good.

Broke after one use

Used once and after hand washing the plastic dispensing piece came apart. I didn’t have wash and air dry.

Everything but the pancake dispenser

Everything else in this kit is great. I had high hopes for the pancake dispenser, but this morning it failed. The level that opens the bottom separated from the handle
