Fry pans and pots too hot to pick up

The dry pan handles get too hot to touch and pick up

General overview

Heat distribution is amazing, The non stick leaves a fair bit to be desired, requiring a light greasing before use and has a tendency to be difficult to clean. Biggest issue is the smaller pan's handle gets dangerously hot after a while, requiring a protective covering to prevent burns. Be careful of this issue

Never buying any nonstick ever again

I bought 1 year earlier. Black set. The coating didn’t last not last for 6 months. Now i am changing my whole set. Waste of money.

Blue Diamond Cookware

I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed. I've had a large Blue Diamond Pot for several years & have loved it. Unfortunately, the quality of their product has declined massively-from heavy duty to a lightweight specimen of what it once was.

DANGEROUS BURN WARNING!!!

There is NO WAY that ANYONE can claim use of these for ANY length of time and not burn their hand. In fact, I would confidently claim that anyone that doesn't mention it is probably a bot. Upon inspection, the pan set appears to be well made. However, first time using the skillet, I burned my hand on the handle and nearly spilled bacon grease all over my legs and feet. Our old pans NEVER had hot handles, EVER! I tried another pan, the small skillet, to make an omelet; same issue. So we tried a third pan, the small pot, and made grits. Handle wasn't as much of an issue because it was further from the heat source. The heat transfer into the pan however never seemed to bring the water to boil. Our deduction is that these are not good for use, at least with a gas flame heat source. In fact, I would claim that they are dangerous. ALL handles should have a burn warning and a protective sleeve, ideally a permanent protective sleeve. I wouldn't recommend these pans to anyone until the issue is fixed. So the deduction is that these are not good pans for anything but to smash together to scare or annoy bears from your campsite.

Very happy with my purchase of Blue Diamond

I’m extremely happy with my Blue Diamond cookware set! The nonstick surface works perfectly—nothing sticks, making cooking and cleanup effortless. The pans heat evenly and quickly, saving time in the kitchen. Plus, they offer a healthier option with no toxic coatings, giving me peace of mind while cooking. They remain easy to clean and durable even after multiple uses. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable, user-friendly, and safer cookware.

Blue Diamond

Don't waste your $$$ on these! They worked wonderfully for maybe a month, eggs stick bad, handle gets hot! Low quality pans. Wish I would have never bought them. Take my word! Don't buy them!

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help! bluediamond

Smelly

The first two times I used it for cooking, it had a bad smell that affected the taste of the food.
