Silver earrings

It’s beautiful But not as on picture. On picture, it’s a Heart shape , in reality-not . I’m not sure why.

good earrings , bad service

Ive ordered these twice. The first pair I loved but lost them so I reordered and was sent a cheaper smaller pair of totally different earrings . Did they think I wouldn't notice?
