This is the second set of Surround speakers I've bought. Setup and adding both sets of speakers via the Bose App was flawless in both cases. No issues at all. The first set is paired as follows: Smart Ultra Soundbar; Bass Module 700 (wired connection) & Surrounds. (The TV in this case is an LG G5 OLED, 2025 model.) They seem to work just great in my Living Room entertainment area. This second set is as follows: Smartbar 600, Bass Module 500 (wireless connection) and Surrounds (in Master BR). (This TV is a Samsung NEO QLED, 2023 model.) To be quite blunt, the second set of surrounds are quite underwhelming! I get barely ANY volume from them, even after cranking the Rear volume up all the way to 100! At the basic initial setting I couldn't hear them at all. I have performed the troubleshooting steps (reset both the soundbar and surrounds) recommended by Bose, but that has only barely made any difference. I am quite surprised by this turn of events, since everything SEEMS to be up to spec except that I am barely getting any sound from the surround speakers. I'm not giving up on them, but I am certainly surprised given how successful the Living Room entertainment setup has been. Still working on trying to improve the performance of the second set of speakers.

Terrible Quality
Very disappointed with the quality sound you can barely hear any background noise on these speakers I have them turned up to 100 on sound and barely hear anything. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this item. If there was zero star option I would have selected it.

Very disappointing
I bought this 2 weeks ago, because Bose decided to stop producing the 700 model. The worst decision I took. These speakers should only be used for a pc if you ask me. Very disappointed. No clue why Bose decided to stop producing the 700 model without having an upgrade, better product out and leaving the customer with only one option to complete the kit (soundbar-Sub). Really disappointed by Bose, not even enjoying my set, at ALL.

My Bose Surround Sound Speakers
I purchased these speakers a couple of we3ks ago. They sound so amazing that I just purchased a second pair two days ago to connect them with my Bose 900 Smart Soundbar & Bose 500 speaker. I love everything about Bose and its accessories
