Fall from Grace.

I bought a $400 gold necklace and it arrived in a plastic bag. No necklace box or a way to present the jewelry… a clear plastic bag! This is a far cry from the Macy’s I used to know. So disappointed. Macy’s … if you are listening… big missed opportunity to be a part of Christmas morning in my house. Instead of someone opening a jewelry box with your name across the top they will open a generic jewelry box with the necklace in it.
