Disappointed

It is very hard to find a nice knee length Top coat today. I took my chances with this coat and am disappointed and will be returning to the store. This does run small and you need to order the next size up should you wish to wear over a suit or even sweater. The main issue is that the specifications are just not true. There are no externior pockets. If you try to rip the seam you will just open the lining to the coat. I did not do this as I could not feel any pockets through the inside lining as this would be easy to feel the pocket stitching. a winter top coat needs to have exterior pockets for items like gloves or hands! Again, very disappointed and I see that some of the reviews received free product....ugh! I would give zero stars but an overall rating is required.

Beautiful but buy one size larger

Beautiful color, great fabric however it runs small. It was fine if you were wearing a T-shirt only and then put the coat on top however, in cold weather, you’d freeze to death.

More style than substance

I'm 6'2", an athletic 190, and the medium fit snugly over a thin sweater. Trim, but no run for another layer. The look is basically as pictured, but the material is surprisingly thin. Macy's could have saved some shipping costs by posting some kind of fabric measurement - this feels more sweatshirt than winter coat.

Love it

I never really had a long overcoat like this but I must admit I absolutely love it. Love the charcoal color, nice and long goes right past my knees. It's nice and warm, has 2 inside pockets 1 on each side.

Size not consistent

Size not compatible to other brands. Upon recommendation of your associate I ordered - too small, next size medium, large , ordered also too small, so from small to extra large , then extra large too large. Nice looking but size not correct.

Warm and comfy long coat

The Braveman double breasted long coat is a solid addition to my wardrobe. Perfect for when I’m wearing a suit or just a button down and slacks. As someone tall, I appreciate how long this coat is. However the sleeves are a bit too short for my long arms.
