Perfect Graduation Gift!

I bought my first set of Briggs & Riley about 15 years ago. I have been so pleased with the quality and versatility of my pieces, I gave all my kids a set of Briggs & Riley luggage for high school graduation. The boys chose hard-sided monogrammed luggage (like this one) and the girls chose softer pieces. I love the variety of styles and colors to choose from, the pockets and the expansion/compression features, and I especially love the lifetime repairs. These are durable pieces that they will carry with them on their lifetimes of adventure. I honestly cannot think of a better graduation gift, unless I had also include a trip around the world to enjoy the luggage!

Zipper Broke

I bought this for our first international trip thinking it would be a workhorse and last me forever but the very first night unpacking the zipper got snagged and now only one zipper works. Pretty disappointed that it's that flimsy. I would say this was a mistake but I have a green one that is identical that is also brand new that did the same thing.

Love Built-In Locks

I got the Sympatico Large Expandable Spinner in Olive. I love the built-in locks the most, but I also like the organization inside. When I travel overseas to visit family, I take along a lot of things for my own comfort as well as lots of gifts. I use packing cubes for my clothes and quart-size, gallon-size and 2-gallon-size zip freezer or storage bags to contain gifts and small items. Tile floors feel cold to my feet, so this time I took along a 3x5 ft. cotton rug and it fit nicely in this very large suitcase. I love the built-in locks because I've had trouble keeping track of individual locks for my suitcases in the past.

First Use of large spinner Sympatico Bag

Overall performance was exceptional. I just returned from a two week tour in Australia and was happy this bag lived up to my expectations derived from my experience with B/R Baseline bags. Very impressed with the performance of the wheels on various surfaces.
