I was incredibly impressed when the backpack arrived. There are a ton of pockets, and so much more room than if I was still using a laptop bag.

Nice
Nice and big. Strap holders are solid unlike the medium version. Seems good so far.

Exactly the backpack for which
Exactly the backpack for which I've been looking for quite awhile. Expected Briggs & Riley quality and room for all things I need for my mobile office.

Rave review
This is a terrific backpack. I just used it for the first time on a recent flight, and it was everything I could have asked for. Lots of spaces and pockets to distribute belongings, and zippers give easy access. It fit perfectly under the seat in front of me on the plane, which made for easy access. And it is beautifully made -- fabric, zippers, fabric, and precise sewing. Only two minor negatives: The straps used to adjust wearing height are much too long; will need to have shoemaker shorten. The part that fits over my suitcase handle is deep and not easy to use, but I think it will loosen up a bit, and it does hold the backpack firmly, which is good. Highly recommended!

Medium Cargo Backpack
This is the best backpack I’ve purchased. I can’t believe I waited this long!

My experience
Love it and all the new pieces I have recently purchased as I am a 15 year customer

Wouldn't trade it, bought a second!
My daughter loves her new backpack. She took mine on a trip to Europe, and asked to keep it. She loved the functional layout, the ability to hold everything she needed, and really appreciated the sturdy nature of the build. I wasn't about to trade, so I bought her her own, as a university present.

Great Backpack
I just looked at replacing my cargo backpack, my current one from Briggs & Riley is 5 years old. There is not one thing wrong with it and has been a work horse. As someone who travels for work and enjoys vacations, this backpack has nothing wrong with it after lugging it thousands of miles.
