Finally found the perfect work backpack

Just the right size for work, smaller than the Tumi leviathans but still spacious. So many thoughtful features - incorporates every clever idea I have found on an army of good but imperfect previous backpacks I have used over the decades and ultimately grew unhappy with for various fatal flaws. Very comfortable. Rigid enough to sit upright without slumping or crumpling, feels very sturdy and built to last - handle, zippers, fabrics - but still not heavy. Lots of well-designed pockets. I think I just bought my final backpack.

Quality of Warranty Repair is Terrible

Loved my backpack and thought their warranty would be worth it. The internal stitching came out in one of my pockets and the zipper pull broke off. They did try to repair it but the quality of the repair was terrible and makes it looks worse. Photo attached

No regrets

I read the reviews, and agree. This is a five star product. Worth the money. I routinely over pack, including my laptop. It, and everything is protected. Also, I worry about the shoulder strips. But, so far, so good.

Slim Backpack

Bought this backpack after a lot of back and forth about the high price. This is the best backpack I've ever owned and have worked from home with it, travelled with it, and am able to say that it is a very thoughtfully designed backpack. I used to own a TUMI backpack prior to this and despite its bigger size, it would feel bulky and super heavy with my items. With the slim backpack, I am actually able to fit MORE in it and not only is it more organized and easier to find items, but it does not get bulky from the items. Love this backpack. Don't think twice!

Great for air travel

Great backpack … I had the larger size backpack and I personally prefer the size of this one. I travel frequently by plane, and this is a much easier size to navigate as my carryon for flights. This matches my B&R luggage perfectly
