Don't Buy

Products do not last or work for a period of time. Only last for 3-6 months. Just wasn't worth it.

Terrible waste of money

Got these for my adult daughter for Christmas, one of the ear pieces just fell apart within a week. I did not return them as I did not get back to store because of covid. Don't waste your money.

Falls off often

This device does not stay on my ears. Easy to fall off, easy to loose, and uncomfortable. I have small ears so perhaps these were made specifically for larger ears. The price is decent, but I would not buy them again.

Not at all satisfied

I purchased the Brookstone True Wireless headphones for my granddaughter. One of the earbuds doesn't work. No sound at all.

Burst Inside Ear

I bought these for my tween for xmas. She had only been using them for a few days and one of the ear buds burst inside her ear - the plastic busted/cracked along the edge of the part that goes inside her ear. Its like the pressure of it being placed in the ear caused it to crack. Ridiculous- Don’t buy.

Not for small ears

I can't even speak for the sound quality because I was too distracted from these earbuds constantly sliding out of my ears. They were wayyyy too big for my ears. I asked my husband if he wanted them, because naturally man ears lol, and after listening to a full song with them he decided to pass on them. So I guess the sound quality isn't that great either.
