Upfront: the printer itself works well and meets expectations. You are on your own though if you have any questions. More details: My issue is with their customer experience after purchase, specifically the inability of their website to provide customer contact options. The website provides no “contact us” options, common in other websites, and the Search function does not lead to any communication pathways for customers. I only found an email address to reach out to Brother from a Google search (not their site!), and a customer contact number in another location not on their website. Trying both were an exercise in futility; the email fell on a “thank you for your feedback, but not our department” look, and my call, after a two hour hold and being hung up on, led to a promise of escalation and follow up which did not happen. I tried to color in the lines and provide my feedback in a cooperative manner, but if a poor review like this is the only way to be heard, then here it is.

Brother Printers are the BEST!
Printed copies are clear as the original. The printer is easy to use and features are great! I had other brands, but none of them come close to Brother Printers.

Easy set up. Excellent performance.
After frustrating experiences with other brands, I fanally have a reliable printer in my Brother HL-L330CDW. Set up was easy. Performance has been flawless. Unlike previous printers, the Brother software makes it easy to switch between B&W and color printing. I'm very happy.

It works. And it works well.
Good printer. I have only had to reset the wi-fi one time in the 7 months I have had it. It is NEVER 'offline', quite unlike the $$$ HP Laser that was ALWAYS offline and therefore was replaced by the HL-L3300CDW. The Brother has not malfunctioned nor has it not been available on the network once. Not once. Click 'print' and it prints. Every time. HP could learn a good lesson from Brother. Also the print quality is very good and it seems good on toner usage. I would buy another if I needed another printer.

Cheep piece of a Big Problem
I had my HP and had no probs but this one was not listed to even do you auto set-up. I had to higher a professional to do it for me, and was the first time ever. I do not like the screen either. It's cheep.

Auto feed????
It isn't clear whether or not it is possible to make multiple copies from multiple originals, i.e. does auto feed exist with this printer/copier?
