Shame on macys. I ordered this item and more than a week later was told it is out of stock. And now you want me to review. Poor customer service to say the least.

Don’t sell if you don’t have the stock

I never received this item. In fact it was canceled. several weeks after I ordered it. When I called customer service all they could tell me was it was canceled.i am extremely disappointed that it took several weeks to determine if an item is in stock. Stop selling them if you don’t have them stick. By the time it was all said and done it left me with very little time to find a similar headboard for my daughters dorm room.
