Large do it all skillet

Found this large hard-anodized nonstick skillet to be quite convenient especially for large meals. Also come with a lid. Works as well as a wok, you can also do pasta due to the deep sides. Sauteing, frying are a breeze. Especially handy for larger batches. This is actually my second one.

Too Large

The skillet is excellent I am sure but much too large for me.. I was looking to replace the Caphalon skillet I presently have. I should have measured it before ordering a new one. Mine is about 10 1/2 inches and deep.

Weird Lid

I was eager to try this out because I needed a Stockpot this size & Caphalon hasn't disappointed in the past. But the lid's handles are too small to pick up with potholders. I will return it.

Just what she wanted

When someone burned the thanksgiving dish cooking the 15YO "BIG pan" to the point you could not remove the carbonized remains from her favorite big pan, a new replacement was in order. On sale, perfect match, and here in time to cook Xmas dinner.
