Received wrong item. Still waiting on correct one

I ordered a 12” stainless steel pan and they sent me a 10” without asking me. I found out later that they didn’t have the 12” size in stock so they took the liberty of sending the 10” without any communication to me. Needless to say I was surprised when my order arrived. I’m hoping they will honor my original order of 12” when it’s available. Still waiting.

excellent for everyday cooking

I cook at least twice a day, everyday. This was a great buy as I don't have to hand wash it. It does get discolored, but the stain comes out easily with Barkeeper's friend. I cook with turmeric and chilli powder and all kinds of masalas. Food doesn't stick usually. I also shallow fried once in it, and that was also handled well. I know many cook everyday, and would most definitely recommend for daily cooking. The pan is heavy, but the handle is so ergonomic and stays cool throughout. I will definitely buy another one.

Not Worth The Money

Food sticks way too easily to the pan, even with good amount of oil/butter on medium heat. Definitely not worth the price.

My go to store...

wonderful pan at a terrific price... knowledgeable, efficient, and very very helpful clerks... comfortable environment... This is the essence of why I shop Macy's for all of my essential household items (and most of my clothes, including that spiffy new Donney & Bourke bag)!!!!!!

Don't recommend for gas cooktops

We've been cooking on a gas cooktop for 25 years, and have a number of other stainless pots and pans. This pan looked beautiful in the store, but after 3 uses on our gas cooktop the metal is discolored and we have cooked in grease spots that no amount of scrubbing will remove. We haven't had this issue with any other stainless pan. I do not recommend this pan for those with gas cooktops.
