Calphalon Pan
Great pan! I'm moving away from the nonstick due to the health benefits and this is a great option. It is much easier to clean than a non stick and I don't have to worry about scratch marks. Only thing is that you have to cook eggs on low or else they will stick. Other than that great product!

Very satisfied
I bought this pan to replace a non-stick pan. Using this pan regularly to make omelettes. Its pricey but worth the money.
Horrible
Everything stick to it. I would not recommend this.

Pricey. Yes but trying Calphalon has introduced me to a whole new world of cooking. It has made time in the kitchen much more enjoyable with it's truly refined way of doing things. I had no idea pots and pans could make such a difference in outcome and the added control could make a real cook out of me. By the way I was a caveman in the kitchen and my only watching of a cooking show has been Dan Ackroyd's impression of Julia Childs.

great!!!!
Bought this for my husband as he is the cook in our house. Great little egg pan. Heavy duty and good price!
Not worked for what i bought it
Hi All, i bought this omelete pan after so much hearing so much debate that we shouldn't buy coating pans. Well i needed one to prepare omelete/eggs as an important part of our lives. But when i used it not one or twice, but around 5 times i figured out it doesnt works like non stick and what ever you do pancakes and omeletes did stick to it. so returned. It worked well for reheating or making sauces but not for eggs /pancakes.
