Not worth for money

I could use it only one time. It broke when I checked in airport . I have to change my bag since it broke on side and not safe for use. I never had this problem with other company similar product. Disappointed.

The outer shell completely cracked on first use. Very low quality. After contacting them about the lack of durability of the bag, Macys did nothing to help despite the baggage being defective as I had purchased it a month prior to my trip and their policy only covers 30 days.

My New Carry on!

Light weight & love the color! It looks ice blue in the add but it actually is darker....which is probably better since it will get scuffed up. Looks super cool!
