NOT FIRM

These pillow are soft and certainly not firm or anywhere near it. If you are a side sleeper like myself, it does not support neck or shoulders. I will more than likely return unless I can figure out a way to add to the pillow for the support I need.

Not as labeled

I have bought CK bed pillows for about 20 years. They are well made and last. These were marked as firm, which is what I wanted. Unfortunately, they are so soft they can be balled up- these are extra soft and can only be used inside a sham that no one actually puts their head on to sleep.

Flat Disappointment

There is no way this pillow should be advertised as Extra Firm; it's not even Firm. I ordered two and after opening the first one and I retaped the packaging and returned them both.

Great find

My pillows were flat so I went into Macy's and found these pillows and have been very satisfied with them. The pillows are medium firm so I can't complain I had a good night sleep with them. Great price too.
