Extremely sheer

Extremely sheer and see through. The tag is also very long and uncomfortable as for some reason it is in the front and you can see it right through the panty due to it being so sheer

The blue in the picture isn't even close to the color of the underwear. The picture shows a royal blue. These are a baby blue or periwinkle.
