Heavy coat good for very cold weather.

I bought this for my daughter but she did not like it so I am using it myself. It would be better if it was a true dark navy but kind of lighter dusky navy. It is a very warm coat.

My coat

I love my new coat...it fits well but the only problem is I have a hard time zipping it so I just button it. I know my weight is probably the culprit but I am not sure. If I buy a bigger size, the shoulders and arms will be too big..

Great coat Great price

Me, 74; 5'4"; 146 lbs. I bought a large that has enough room for a sweater too. As many "older" ladies do I have a more generous bottom LOL not terrible but with my height I am right on the edge between petite and regular. I find in coats a straighter fit rather than a defined waist look better. This coat has everything I wanted, a hood (no it does not come off), a zipper AND snaps, knitted cuffs to stop the cold air and pockets. Since most of my outdoor jaunts are local and casual it was the perfect blend of style and warmth. It is really is a awesome way to shop around or for most work situations.
