Stolen package

I needed this package to arrive at 12pm and paid extra to get it on time and used my work address since I needed it urgently for a coworker’s birthday. I called to make sure I would receive it by that time and C S confirmed, my package never arrived I waited until 3pm I was not provided with a tracking # or uber link. Later that day according to the app the status of my package Changed to “arrived” I wouldn’t know since I was not giving any type of tracking info and the address was the one where I work, I guess it got stolen, I reached out again to CS explained everything, that I wanted my money back because the birthday had already passed I didn’t needed it anymore, I was going to return it anyways and I was told I was going to get a refund and I did not get any refund or anything :(
