This is an adorable case. Just the right size for 2-3 days away. The conversion from tote to wheels is quick and easy and saved my back as I pack a laptop and it gets heavy! I used this, this summer and all fall while traveling to and from cancer treatments and it looks good as new.

zipper doesn't work

I love the bag but the zipper did not work. so I have to return it. I am afraid to reorder another one as it could have the same issue. Disappointed

Always love Lily Bloom

It's a shame that Lily Bloom seems to have disappeared. Their products are always made with excellent care and they last a long time. The material they use is made from recycled pop/soda bottles, so eco bonus. I've purchased their purses for more than a decade so I was not disappointed when I opened the box with my new rolling duffel bag. Vibrant colors, solid stitching, sturdy handles. The only hiccup was the box it was mailed in barely survived the shipping. We can blame that on UPS.
