Wrong customer Service Information
The product included no assembly instructions, and the product title strongly implies that it comes pre-assembled. Before purchasing, I contacted Macy’s Customer Service and was explicitly told that no assembly would be required. That information was incorrect—the product does require assembly. I am now stuck with a large, heavy item that I cannot assemble myself and do not have the ability to return. This reflects poor customer service and misleading product information, which is particularly disappointing during the holiday season.
