Worked perfect for about two months. Internal mechanism no longer dispenses. Was honestly going to buy two more for gifts, but due to lackluster performance will be moving on from using this brand. Hopefully it will change.

Poor for the price
Worked fine for a few months then will constantly feed way more then I set it to. Took batteries out of it three times now to reset it, it worked but acted up again and won’t fix itself

Hi Darin, Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Pixi Feeder. To clarify, the device doesn’t reset by removing the batteries or cutting the power. To properly reset it, please press and hold the nose button for more than 5 seconds until you hear a beep. After that, you can pair it with the app again and reset the feeding schedule. This will restore the feeder to its factory settings. Additionally, be sure to give it a thorough cleaning with soap and water, and check that the sensors are clean. Love this feeder
I have 4 cats and my newest cat isn't a grazer, he loves to eat! While the other 3 cats in my house have microchip feeders my 4th kitty has an automatic feeder. I really like - that you can control how many portions are given in 1 feeding - how often the feedings can be given - easily clean the stainless steel bowl The only thing I don't like about the machine is the noise it makes when the food is dispensed but I eventually got used it. I would buy this smart feeder again if i needed to.

Cautiously Optimistic
We have loved this! Took a minute to figure out the portions but once we did it was a game changer! The only down side is that after 10 months it is not dispensing properly. We're not giving up on the feeder and going to purchase another one with the hopes this was a manufacturing fluke. . . fingers crossed

Only buy if you are an IT expert
Do not buy. You need to change your router frequency to use. A much easier set up would be to return this and get a good product. Mine is going back tomorrow

Very limited accesability, not user friendly
Very difficult to set up when you refuse to let us use a computer to set this up. Devise is not being found on limited use app. Doesn't seem to work at all.

I also wish it came with a slow feeder attachment
This would be a 5 star review if it was possible to have a slow feeder. My cat has no control over how fast she eats. So we end up not using this when we aren't out of town.
