Cats like the slow feeder

Cats love it, still some overeating but cut down on vomiting a lot! Easy to fill, and the cats figured out how to use it pretty quickly. Sometimes they use it not as intended (eating from the top) but that still slows them down enough!

My only solution for non grazing cats

My guy takes over an hour, with breaks, to get through his breakfast and dinner now. He'll meow in frustration the whole time but it keeps him occupied which is great for enrichment and his energy levels. It's also the only feeder that's managed to slow him down as he's a voracious fellow :joy:

The cat doesn't hate it

As many people know, some cats believe in inhaling their food as the correct way to eat it, with predictable results. This is our cat. We have a dish to slow him down, but it only kind of works. And any effort to make it work better and he double takes to give you the, "how dare you!" Look. Now, I couldn't actually be bothered about that, but we did want a better working solution. This is it, and boy does it kill two birds with one stone. Obviously, it makes him eat more slowly. The nice thing is, eating is now a stimulating game where he can now hunt for his kibble! No more angry cat, he's actually grazing now, and it makes him far less screamy and demanding in the morning, because he's still finding kibble to eat at midnight. Great product, definitely I would recommend.

Best Purchase You Could Make

Ignore the negative reviews, I've bought this like 4 times. I'd say there's a 90% chance your cat will like it. If they don't then change the dry food, add treats in the dry food, or lower their food intake through your other methods. It's wonderful and keeps most cats busy for long periods of time. It's fun like those gambling coin games lol. Keep your furry children engaged and not-bored!!!

We had high hopes.

Hello, We were really excited about the items we purchased, especially the feeder. However, our cats don’t seem interested in it—they simply look at it and walk away without engaging. :weary:

Oh

It really was a lot of money for something our cat does not seem to have a interest in

Highly Recommend! Slows down my girl

Awesome cat food tree! That is what we call it and put her evening "crunchies" in it. When I adopted Caramel 18 mos ago, she would woof down her food so fast and then regurgitate it. Since it's hard to reason and teach a cat, we have tried many food puzzles. This one is great for her kibble and we highly recommend it! It lasts her a few hours to eat 1/4 cup kibble.
