Never Shipped

Never received it in the mail. I called to cancel order since I have never received it and lady told me I cannot cancel since it might ship soon. Well that hasn’t happened either. I needed this last week when it said it would get here. I love this brand so I am not happy with the customer service, usually never has issues with Macy’s.

The dress is pretty and as advertised, returning because it fits a bit snug for me. Brought a L I'm normally a 12 in dresses would need a XL in this type of material. It is simple very pretty, color is rich beautiful red-wine color. The fit is knee length I'm petite 5'.

Really pretty on

I’m petite and ordered this in wine in XS. It fit perfectly except for the length and since it was purchased on sale I was fine laying to shorten it. I hope it comes back in black XS as I’d buy a second color.
