Bad Watch & Horrible Macy's Customer Service Exp.

The watch stopped working in less than 24 hours. At first, Macy’s refused to accept a return because they had sized the watch and instead offered to send it out for service. I refused to have a brand-new watch serviced, and only after multiple calls to different managers did they finally agree to accept the return.

All the watch you need

This stylish, automatic Swiss watch has all the features necessary for a great everyday or dive watch. Notable are the 80 hour power reserve, 300 meter water resistance, screw-down crown, crown protector and sapphire crystal-- all wrapped in a nicely finished lightweight titanium case and bracelet. All this at a very reasonable price point. A comfortable, quality (the Certina brand flies under the radar in the Swatch Group) watch and a good value.
