Horrible service

I am so upset! The sales lady placed an order online of an item that was out of stock !! It's been over a month now and I have not gotten my money back. Macys' customer care has gone downhill.

Never got the item but was charged for it.

I placed the order at a Chanel counter at Macys, the sales girls are always rude here in Dallas @ Northpark Center. She said they did have it in stoc online charged me for it. The item is sold out, I did not get it but my card was charged. I need a refund ASAP. Thanks
