Delivery issues

This order never arrived. Shipper sent back to Macy's as undeliverable, but the address on this order was exactly as shown by USPS. Shipper was UPS. I will not order online from Macy's again. I've also called their help line two times and tried to communicate with people whose accent is so thick that I couldn't understand them. Supposedly, they're issuing a refund, but I've yet to receive any notice of this refund.

BEWARE!

THREE TIMES, I ordered these sheets WHITE sheets! I love these sheets! BUT THREE TIMES, I received some beige color (ivory?). I know they have WHITE, I have some from awhile ago!!! But I keep receiving this beige/ivory!! I just went thru the cust service routine, and after a bunch of ridiculous questions, they’re supposedly sending white ones. Fingers crossed! NOT a happy customer this time.

Thick Sheet

I am writing this review in comparison to my old sheets, the now discontinued Oake cotton-tencel blend 400 thread count sheet. I purchased this sheet thinking it would be an upgrade to my old sheets, however after trying it, it made me appreciate my old sheets more and I don't reach for this one often. The pros is that this is a durable and premium-looking sheet, which stays looking unwrinkled for over a week. The cons is that it is not very breathable. I don't see myself reaching for this sheet unless it's the winter. I recommend this sheet for people who want a nice sheet, who don't wash them very often, who live in cold environments, and who don't sweat too much. As for myself, I don't think I'll repurchase and will instead not care too much about a high thread count, and look for cool and breathable fibers.
