Not happy

I'm sorry but I don't like the pillow at all. I got one from you a few years ago and loved it, but this one isn't at all the same. The feathers should be in the inner part but I can feel them poking me. Where is the down? It seems to have a musty smell which is nauseating when I try to fall asleep. It is medium/firm, but it smashes flat and in the morning my neck and back hurt so much.

Great quality and reasonable price

Purchased this pillow to replace my older pillow of the same brand. Great value, very soft with no “crunchy” sounds from the feathers. Hypo allergenic as well.

Horrible smell

The pillow is nice and well made. BUT the smell is horrible. Like rotten meat. Macy's wouldn't let me return because I used it for one night and I had already thrown away the packaging.

Neck and back pain no longer!

After searching near and far, this was the only pillow that was super comfortable. I was getting a lot of back and back pain after waking up, then getting headaches. After trying a few different pillows that made matters worse, this was the only pillow that truly made a difference. I mainly sleep on my side and sometimes on my back.

Horrible.

I am so mad I spent my money on these pillows they are horrible. Went flat the first week I got them. I don’t know why I didn’t return them. Please don’t buy!!!
