wrong item

I ordered a Christmas pillow that was on sale. I was sent a package of sheets instead. No not the item that I wanted. When I look up the order it clearly shows the pillow and states that this is a sale item and cannot be returned. So now what do I do keep the sheet set that I do not want or donate it. The pillow is not here and I am reluctant to order another one.

Came used

When I was purchasing this product it was with the expectation that the product hadn't been used or opened prior. When I did, there was pilling on the fabric and hair on it as well as marker writing on the tags. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted that I would be sent a product that was already used without being told.
