Not firm. This pillow did not work for me. It quickly loses its shape, forms a hollow in the middle, and causes neck pain. Got this pillow 2 weeks ago.

Pillows

I wanted firm but the one I am sleeping on is hardly a firm. I ended up with Charter Club as the ones on Black Friday ad (Lacoste) were medium density. Would not buy again.

Not As Shown In Photo, Not Responsive SearchResult

I searched for "flat bed pillow" and this showed up. It is much much thicker than it appears in this photo and is completely unusable for me.
