I bought someone returned pillow

This pillow was used. Has no manufacture tag on it. It has a return label. I cant believe macys put it out to resale it. Very disappointed

Very disgusted

Placed my order October 10 and still waiting for my pillow. I talked with live people and told me Id have it in 3 days, another said it was being packed and still no order. They will not let me cancel because it's in shipping. FOR 3 WEEKS!!!!

Inexpensive and feels like it!

Am a side sleeper and this terrible….am keeping as a guest pillow and will purchase another. Macy’s selection at Galleria not good, but wanted to “touch and feel”. I will try another place or sadly online. SORRY….thought Macy’s would be the best place!
