very poor customer service

I never received all of my order. the order was split, no new tracking number was provided, so I got half the order and was told......you received it all, sorry -we can't help you. it does not help that there is not a receipt with the half I received so I can not prove I did not get the rest of my order---about $250.00 worth

Well-made fitted sheet

I'm impressed with this fitted sheet, especially for the sale price that I paid! It is made better and higher quality than a similar sheet I purchased from a high-end specialty brand. The fitted sheet has an extra row of elastic at the corners that should help it fit and stay put on mattresses of varying depths (fits great on our old mattress that isn't deep by current standards). The material is fairly soft, and likely will get softer with more laundering. I deducted one star as it's not wrinkle-free, but it does come out of the dryer with very minimal wrinkling (will wrinkle a bit more as you sleep on it). I also love that you can order the sheets separately and not as a set, as we only need a king-size fitted sheet and standard-size pillowcases (my husband grew up with duvet covers and we don't use a flat sheet). A solid purchase.
