This is exactly what I wanted, it has just the right amount of fill for my comfort. It was more than I expected. I would buy it again, and recommend it for those who like to be able to manipulate the shape of the pillow for their head.

I was expecting a soft pillow. Nope. I don't know if it is overfilled or what but this is not soft. My head sinks in about an inch and then abruptly stops.

I originally purchased the firm pillow and tried it for a week and got neck aches. Will be returning. I have always had soft squishy down pillows, so I ordered and received the soft density pillow and used it last night. Success! No neck aches and it felt close to my old pillow so I’m very happy!
