Used smelly pillow

Appears this was a returned used pillow. The smell was awful. It smelled of cologne. The smell was so strong that even after putting it in another bedroom you could smell it coming down the hallway. I have been a customer for over 50 years, this is totally unacceptable! I know Rich's would not have tried to pull something so shady. This was no "sale"

Medium support pillows are too soft

Nice pillows, but not enough down. The pillows are very soft, but not enough support for the neck. The head is almost on the same level as body. I will have to return.
