So far so good 👍

I saw some online comments that suggested to manually press down the Keurig cup in order to prevent from it not piercing at the bottom, which makes a very big mess when it does that. I've done it since I have the machine and never happened to me! The coffee taste good and the machine takes its time to brew it, which is awesome compared to other machines

Poor location of model / serial number.

Poor placement of model / serial number. Should be placed behind brew chamber near water tank. Should not have to turn unit upside down to find it.

So far so good
