Milk froth or doesn’t work

Pretty simple to use except the milk frother doesn’t work straight out of the box. I got it for a gift and don’t have the box to return it.

Stuck in dsl mode.

I've had the machine for a week and it's in decal mode and I followed all the instructions 10 times and it will not come out of decal mode

Not good
