I love this smart touch digital 4 Slice toaster it's modern, nice sleek looks and it works perfectly toast bread & bagels evenly within 3 minutes. I have had it for 6 months now and so far so good. I will recommend it.

Chefman Products Are Great

We have had 2 Chefman air fryers ands they have both worked well. We had our first Chefman for 5 years and it was still going strong! We decided to donate that model and upgrade to a newer model recently and it’s even better. Therefore, when we recently decided to replace our toaster, I researched to see if Chefman had a model available and found they did. We received it today and I love it, especially the touch controls.

Seems to be good

Easy to use. Bigger than our older 4 Slice toaster. I could not find the warranty number RJ31-SS-4S-WM in the drop down box for sending in the warranty. I had to use DM at the end.

Subpar

It doesn’t get hot enough to toast the bread. Even on level 6 setting, the bread is barely toasted. I like the touchscreen and 4 slice toaster aspect. The beeping at the end is very loud and should have an option for no beeping notification.
