Frustrated Experience: no Milkmade poured in Glass

Trying to prepare the best ingredients, the machine produces all milk into clean water bin. That is unacceptable.

Box was broken and tape up bad UPS shipping

I received the machine the box was crushed in like it was drooped form a second floor the box was falling apart from the bottom. Paper tape was tape it back see pics attached. see pics. I suspired the machine function find. I don't have to carry it back to Macy to return it. So far in the last two days the machine is doing it jobs good.
