ScratchDefense Non-stick

Have only cooked with it a few times but was able to perfectly cook eggs and also get a nice sear on a steak. Seems to be very good at doing most types of cooking.

Best Do It All Frying Pan

Love the ScratchDefense series. This size fits 5-6 good size chicken thighs comfortably. The non-stick is insanely good. You won't regret it.

Great set

So far these pans are great. They are lighter than we expected them to be and very comfortable to grip. The non stick is great, which makes these pans easy to clean. The pour spouts on the pots has been useful as not needing a colander and one less dish to clean.
