Disappointed

After having great success with my Circulon Radiance pots & pans, I decided to "upgrade" to the Circulon Steelshield C- Series Tri-Ply Clad pots and pan recently. Today I tried to cook an egg omelet and tried two of the new fry pans and they both failed miserably sticking to the bottom of the pans. I am very disappointed.

Since these feature stainless steel peaks over nonstick, they perform differently than traditional nonstick pans. For best results, we recommend preheating the pan on low to medium heat, adding a small amount of oil or butter, and allowing the food to release naturally before flipping.

Not Nonstick

I really like this cookware, but it is not nonstick. We bought a new house, tbe cooktop is induction, which this works well with, but it is no where near non stick cookware, thus only 3 stars.

Very Nice - Great Upgrade!

It was time to upgrade my old 12" Sauté pan. I haven't used it yet, but really like the "extreme" nonstick surface, as well as the clad Stainless Steel exterior. The "helper" handle makes it easy to transport from stove to oven. This pan appears to be very well made and should last a long time. It was a good buy and well worth the cost.
